- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Just left the Chesterfield branch of the ATs Euromaster which I visited on the 16th June 2016 at 0915am and shant be going there again. Called in to check out 2 front tyres which my Service on the car had picked up as needed changing. The lad at the reception was pleasant enough and told me to give him a few seconds as he had just a few things to book in and would be straight out to check my vehicle. Whilst doing that particular task he took a personal call on his private mobile so it took him longer than it should. After at least five mins later he left the reception and started to walk to my vehicle. Before he reached my car another vehicle pulled in so he stopped to greet this guy who he clearly knew and stood there chatting away with him. After a good 10mins and just as that guy was leaving another chap approached him and after a handshake they stood there chatting. After 10 mins Id had enough and decided that this employee was clearly more concerned about his social life than dealing professionally with his customers. As I passed him to reach my vehicle he stopped briefly just to ask if that other bloke had seen to me. I replied no, I wasnt waiting any longer so was going else where. He never said another word but promptly continued his conversation with his friend. If you need the services of such an establishment and have all day to waste then you know where to go.By Admin, June 16, 2017
